State Trooper patrols regularly. 5 mi over speed limit will not probably warrant a stop, but nothing over...Speed limits change from 55 to 65 and back to 55 then to 45 if there's construction...no warnings given, just a ticket!

Comment (9/2003): There are wayyyyyyyyy too many accidents and deaths on the seward hiway south of anchorage. Its a two lane hiway designated the deadlyest in northern us. People get in too big of a hurry and we see lots of head on collisions. SLOW DOWN ON THE SEWARD AND SAVE SOMEONES LIFE.
