As you come down out of the winding curves and hit a straight away(first one in miles and miles)you have the urge to drive a little fast to make up for the time lost in the mountians,don't,this cop is waiting for you. He only got us going in but he had 7 cars pulled over as we left town 2 days later. he was writting every one of them a ticket.

Comment (11/2003): Palmer cops are one of the most feared in all Alsaka. Watch out during the state fair which is the last week of August. I swear they make most of their money at this time.

Comment (2/2004): Do you know where the funds for the tickets goes to?? You should research this you will be surprised. by the way Palmer, population 5,000(approx) swells to about 100,000 at times when the Fair is in full swing...with all the pedestrians crossing the highway.....I give them credit for protecting the citizens and fairgoers!

Comment (6/2004): i swear they are seriously the most ruthless and feared police agency in alaska. i've already had more than my fair share of getting pulled over and ticketed by them 90% of the time getting pulled over.all my tickets i have in palmer were Proof Of Insurance tickets. i got pulled over once for "cutting off a cop" but he called it Failure To Yield. that was wrong! i looked both ways at the stop sign, and i saw him at the other stop sign.. so i went, and my friend said " oh shit theres a cop! " then all the sudden a siren went off for a split second and i looked in my mirror and there were flashing lights. so i got a failure to yield ticket. after that i kept getting pulled over because my tail-light lens got smashed out and i didn't know it was illegal during the day time.. so i got hit for that RIGHT WHEN I PULLED OUT FROM MY WORK GOING HOME!theres too many of them and all they do is make traffic stops. i don't doubt that i have a warrant out for my arrest because i never paid a single ticket. i was overwhelmed with tickets from palmer. i owe around $550 in tickets, and i've constantly been in really bad financial situations and have never been able to pay them, so no doubt i have a warrant out.
