Police vehicles are setting off on side roads mostly during AM and PM rush hour traffic.

Comment (12/2006): Not a speed trap. The road is curvy and hilly with alot of blind spots. The posted speed limit set by the state is 35 MPH. Vehicles usually travel 50+ MPH on that road. They have been clocked at 71.
