Limits change very frequently throughout the entire town, however this 4 lane is the worst! Watch out for Troopers heading north, or sitting in driveways... everyone drives around 60-65 at this time of day (posted is 45 and 50) trust me, I think they just flip a coin, and pick one from the crowd... GO SLOW, and just pray they dont pick you!!

Comment (3/2004): That is not true about the speep limits through harrison.They change from 50 in bellefonte,to 45 through town,then back to 55 just past wal-mart,trust me i travel through harrison alot.

Comment (1/2004): The speed limit is 50 mph throughout the entire town. It starts south of town and runs to the Harrison City Limits. Approximately 5 miles of 50 mph speed limit which is posted.
