You go down a large hill and the speed drops from 40 to 30 in about 15 feet police like to patrol this area

Comment (08/2007): Spent several years going to school at HSU. The Arkadelphia police will not hesitate to write a ticket for 5 mph over or another minor infraction. Be diligent when observing traffic signs and stop signs. If you look like you are a college student, be prepared to have your car searched for alcohol or drugs. Pitiful police department.

They are always on Pine Street writing tickets. They are also on North 10th Street writing tickets. They will write you for 5 over. They are not even close to as bad as Caddo Valley. Look at there tickets and look at Caddo Valley.
