If You're drving at night be careful, the cars are almost black, and VERY Difficult to see until last minute. There are residential roads that are only 20 MPH, and alot of people get stopped because they think it's 30 (the normal residential speed in AR). On HWY 102, there's a very short distance between the 55 and the 40 MPH zones, and there's usually a cop waiting just a little bit out of the way of any light.

Comment (3/2006): Watch out for those dirt roads and back roads they sit and wait and will pull you for anything. Watch the speed it is rarely posted often on those roads. I know of someone that was pulled for going 4 miles over the speed limit recently.
