Be careful crossing Bull Shoals Dam as you approach Marion County. A friend of mine recently received an expensive ticket here and the police was out of their jurisdiction for two reasons. First, he was probably clocked while he was still in Baxter County, and second, the police car was parked in a location outside of the Bull Shoals city limits.

Comment (12/2006): Bull Shoals City limits end at the Baxter County Line at the Baxter County side of the dam. The speed limits are plainly posted.
