Road transitions from 65 mph divided highway down to 25 mph narrow street in town at the bottom of the hill. this road has high traffic, lots of mine workers commuting to and from work, shiftworkers, lotsa tired people on the road, so it can be dangerous. if it's rush hour the traffic will likely slow down in the town. If not, pay attention to your speed, because they do enforce it.
