This speed trap borders Avondale and Phoenix. A motorcycle officer position himself on sidewalk located on west side of 107th between Indian School and Thomas. He is hidden by trees and bushes and keeps quite busy ticketing people who exceed the 35 mph. Although a school area there are four lanes and speed limit is too low for traffic.
