Radar stops..CHP officer will ask " Do you know how fast you were going?" If you reply "No" the officer will say " You were going 76 miles per hour" Any ticket cver 75 MPH can not be challanged in court or erased from your driving record,which in turn means that your insurance will go up. Comment (12/2006): Frequent enforcement. CHP is usually "trainees" from the nearby Castro Valley school. Unlike Alameda county sheriff, they will not issues warnings. Ever.
