he (or she) sits with the car hidden in either the Pepe's automotive gas/service station or the Dry cleaning station a little further down the road... if you are from the area the store "Richlins" is on the left and the cop will generally only tag you if you are comming from this direction. Speed limit is 25 i believe, however i am not certain, I have spotted them there over 5 times using my detector.. and it has saved me each and every one of them
