Route 2 east or west 1/2 mile to 1/4 mile west of exit 17(eastbound). The cruisers sit well off the side of the road. They are hard to see because of the trees and bushes. The state police have a barracks here and don't like to travel far to write their tickets.

Comment (5/2005): Watch out during the PM ruch hour. I have passed 4 troopers pulling people over between the colchester business exit and about 5 miles after. one guy passed a line of cars going about 70, and a trooper was waiting in the median service road and nailed him.

Comment (4/2006): the trip is set up mosty on exit 13 Marabough, on top of the exit. And they radio ahead to the cars around exit 17 about the speeders. I know this by living in that area!
