Rt.202 police sit off road on left near the Nepaug Dam late at night; a small dark colored car will pass you traveling west on Rt44, once it gets to the hill climbing west on Rt.202 toward Nepaug dam it will slow down below speed limit and does not pull over into the slow lane. As soon as you pull over into the slow lane and accelerate to pass the slow moving vehicle, a police vehicle will appear behind you with lights flashing and site you with a violation, even though there is no other traffic on the road.there is no other traffic on the road(i.e. passing on the right and speeding).
