Right along the Potomac, cops are parked all along water street, especially when you are nearing Roosevelt Bridge. Last I saw a cop in a cleverly disguised van that advertised 'Corona Light'.

Their cruisers are out in the open half the time and they pull everyone for anything, headlights,speeding,cutting someone off and(anythingaboveposted) near accidents.There have also been 25 dollar J-walking tickets given out. There's also a permanent camera ontop of Banana Rep.
