A black Crown Victoria sits on the right hand side of the access road when heading East on New York Ave and getting onto Route 50. You'll notice other cars slowing down. Not sure what the speed limit is, but of course you are picking up speed to get on a highway. The speed picks up soon after you pass the car. Follow the flow of traffic, as most people taking this route are daily commuters who know about the trap and react to it.

Got a ticket here, not sure which way, although I think that it is Southbound.
