There are flourescent orange stripe marking spots where front tires of photo car are placed when they are in their optimized camera position. | |
Comment (9/2003): Yep, they used to be on the opposite side of rush hour, now they are on the same side. It is the only way DC could balance heir financial books! Suitland parkway has about 12 different speed changes. Just slam on the brakes when you see a non-descript car on the sholder. | |
