They are 4-5 state trooper cops on motorcycle and they sit on E.Colonial and near CR 13 thats over by bithlo. They are catching the traffic that' going towards Eastside of town (titusville, christmas, 520, etc...) Soon as you pass Chulouata on e.colonial start to slow down because they will catch you.
