The cops are always there (it seems like 24/7) They are running out into the roadway from behind some trees stopping people. There are sometimes as many as four motorcycle cops stopping people. Speed limit is 25 but all other roads around it are 30. I did get stopped by a cop, and though didn't give me a speeding ticket he did write me for my seat belt.
