North US-1 at Bayard has a fairly quick decrease from 65 mph to 45 mph. This location was a hotbed of ticket activity in past years for FHP, but enforcement dropped off. It has picked back up (by Jacksonville Sherrifs Office)since January 00. Usually a team of 2-3...seem to prefer weekends mornings.
