FHP will hide in the trees in the median both WB and EB about a half mile to a mile west of Exit 55 (formerly 23), also will sit in the median just over a rise in the road. Speed limit is 65, speeds average 75-80, will usually see someone pulled over. This seems to be a new campaign.
