Comment (8/2002): Biscayne Park is a residential community. There is a big sign as you enter "You are now entering Biscayne Park. Don't even think of speeding." Take this sign at face value.

Comment (1/2003): The Chief in this town makes sure that his officers write as many tickets as possible because there is no business in this town, only residences. Watch out, these guys don't want to lose their jobs! They write everything!
