City Of Berlin Ga., population is less than 1500, is located on state hwy 33. The city police constantly sits on the hwy in a postition that is difficult to see. The change from 55 mph to 45mph does not allow time to slow down before he gets you. Locals have been so upset over it that they have painted signs at each end of town stating "speed trap ahead"!
