There is a cop who parks behind a house in the driveway and hangs out with his buddies on their lawn. He hides behind the bushes and then pops out to point the radar gun at you while you're coming toward him. It is on lower West Kuiaha, right above Hana Highway. It is a posted 20mph, but is impossible to maintain such a slow speed. The officer didn't even use the proper procedure when checking my license and didn't even ask for registration/insurance.
