Between Ka Uka Blvd. (Exit #2) and the top of the hill just before Mililani Town off-ramp, you will often see cops, usually 2-3 motorcycles, shooting laser at oncoming vehicles. They can be on the right or left side of the road, northbound or southbound. It’s wide open out there, but because of the long curve, they can get you from half a mile away before you notice them. I see someone pulled over almost every time I drive up that hill.
