On Red Arrow it drops from 55 to 25 with no warning. Cops sit there and write everyone they catch. Coming into hartford on northbound CR687 at the city limits it goes from 55 to 35 with no warning. This is one of their favorite spots. There is two guys who write all they find for 10 mph and over. They are funding their entire police department from these two spots.
