Stupid Cops sit under the overpass when you come off the H-3 town bound near the aloha stadium. As soon as you get off the H-3 as you come around the bend going toward the stadium where the road splits to go to the airport, waianae, and pearl ridge. Several cops love to stake out shooting their radar at you under the bridge. The speed limit goes from 60 mph to 35 mph in, I would say a 100 ft. It's ridiculous! The cops are usually bikers, they usually wave you to the side.

Comment (9/2006): I've seen the police at that location a few times during all times of the day.

Comment (10/2006): I recently got a ticket from a motercycle cop under that bridge while coming down the H-3 where it is even closer to the 60-45 change of speed limit. Does anyone know of if this can be contested as a speed trap?
