Comment (12/2002): What are kids doing playing in the streets? Streets are not parks. Hawaii has parks everywhere and if the kids were being watched closer by the negligent parents, then they wouldn't be getting run over!

Comment (7/2002): The photo speed enforcement program has been canceled, however laser guns are still used in these areas.

Comment (7/2002): Photo enforcement was declared unconstitutional and is no longer done. All areas above are still subject to random highway monitoring of speed enforcement by usual methods.

Comment (8/2002): I would like to see a trap on (Lahaina st.).Because there's a lot of kids playing on the sidewalks and on the streets. It starts from Makaha Valley rd. to Waterstreet st..We got alot of speeding with car,dirt bikes and mopeds. Thay start everyday and everynight around 5:00pm goes on to 11:00pm. You will be supries that if there where a trap out on these locations expecially on the coner of manuku st and lahaina st. Thing's will change around these location.
