Usually during Lunch time. Just at the end of the pineapple fields on Whitmore road, they will usually sit on the side of the road with there SUV patrol cars (or park another random SUV or van in front of their car). They open the back end up and sit there, clocking people because you can't see their patrol lights coming up. They wave people to the side, often two or three a time.
Comment (12/2003): Alomost got me the other day. Like was stated right at lunchtime. There were using a Patrol car with an older Nissan Altima to block. They were set up in the outskirts of Whitmore Village next to the Soccer fields. They got a Civic in front of me and waved me over for a verbal warning about no front license plate.
