The police like to sit with radar in the Windsor Park parking lot. Once there they are completely hidden until you are right on top of them. This is another street that's extremely easy to go considerably faster than the 25 mph speed limit from either direction.

The Dubuque police like to sit on Fink Street, which is right off 32nd Street and practically hidden from view until you're right on top of it and are too late to do anything. 32nd Street has many different speed limits on it and is also a street where it's very easy to go faster than the limits from either direction.

While going to or from the Dubuque Airport there is an Overpass for traffic wishing to go to Cedar Rapids. Below the overpass are two spots in which a cop can get you from. One for traffic to DBQ, another coming from the KDBQ area. He hid's under the overpass and the area is already dark from lack of lights. So DO NOT SPEED DOWN THAT HILL! As tempting as it may be.
