The speed trap is on the Mill Creek Parkway, just north of Harts Mill Road, the police will regularly sit at the top of the hills backed-up on some farm feild driveways. The speed limit is 45 which is easy to forget as this seems like a highway.....beware!

Comment (2/2006): Everyone needs to be very careful with the speed on the Parkway..it has some hills and curves and has virtually no lighting. The roads are horrible when a little wet or icy. There have been some bad accidents along this stretch, even a few fatalities in a few locations..namely the stop light intersection at Route 30 and between Mill Creek Rd and 2nd Ave. Rd. I agree with the speed limit because of the above and set my cruise control right at 45.

This speed trap is on Bluff Blvd., at Samaritan Hospital South. Law enforcement regularly sit in their parking lot, which you have a hard time seeing until it's to late, especially if coming from the north as thier is a curve to go around and before you know it their they are!

An Officer will sit on the side of the street near Celebrations Formal Wear. It is hard to see him when you are heading torwards the south bridge. Due to the wall up next to Celebrations.

Officer hides behind the overpass. Clinton county is notorious for cheating on radar, and the officers here are no exception. Ask to see radar, ask for proof that it was you.
