Coming into and out of Clarksville to the North and South on IA-188 or East and West on C-33 the officers in this city patrol heavily. One officer has great hiding places that you cannot see and are yet to be found. He is on you and he comes from no where.

Comment (2/2005): Officers don't "come out of nowhere". They have off colored squads that just don't stand out. the tickets/warnings are flying out of the book.

Comment (11/2005): Agree they dont just come from no where!They come from there carefully hidden radar detection hide-outs,I personally know of 4. South end of clarksville on 188,Immediatly after passing heery woods Park and crossing tracks, they sit on the w. end of the next 4 roads elm, oak, locust,etc.From North on 188 City officers sit at the last paved road( the water tower Road) and radar.west end totally hidden in the cedar trees lining the entrance to the cemetary
