The Officer kneels 30 feet from the crest of the hill and tags you, then the officers at the bottom point you over. This enforcment has drawn many complaints, It seems they give the ticket to the wrong people at times.

Both State Patrol and local police sit at the Speed Limit sign where the speed changes from 65 to 55. Often times multiple cars are posted in the grass median to catch drivers who haven't slowed down or those who have reached 65 too soon.

On I-29 between the Nebraska Ave and 9 th ave exits state trooper site in the medium next to the railroad bridge so you can not see them until you are almost on top of them. It is on both sides north and south bound.
