The city patrol car is an unmarked (light bar but no decals) black/dark suv. Likely to be parked: north of town by Interstate 80 exits just before the limit hits 55, South of town ducking behind equiptment at some kinda tank place, Mobil gas station lot.

Comment (6/2005): The "tank place" is actually a dealer of grain bins and augers...I used to work there, it's north of Annawan maybe two miles.
