Traveling northbound on Kelsey Road from Route 22, there are Lake County traps approximately 1 mile north of the intersection, and another trap location just before you reach Barrington Road. Speed limit is 45 MPH and enforcement is frequent.

Comment (4/2005): I would change the enforcement level to High. This stretch from Barrington Rd to River Rd is prime for speed trapping beause it looks like a lightly travelled country road, but if the Tower Lakes Police aren'tprotecting the White Hen, they are set-up at one of several well concealed"trap sites" along Kelsey Road.

Comment (1/2006): I agree, watch out; They are everywhere on Kelsey up to River Rd.

Comment (1/2006): Roberts Road west from Barrington Road to the stoplight at River. Tower Lakes primary source of revenue. 42 does not get a pass in the 40 MPH zone. Change to absurdly high level of enforcement.

Comment (3/2006): My father lives in this area. He warns me all the time about Kelsey Road, especially the stretch from SR 59 to US-14.
