Imagine that you are speeding along the highway using your cell phone while the brats are listening to the DVD as you go through a small, quaint town where you decided to take long needed drunk. As you drive along, you approach a hill and notice a sign posting the speed limit as 50 miles per hour, but your pushing 68. Being the NASCAR freak driver that you are, of course you think you can blast though and get a Viagra episode in later. As you make your way over the top of hill and down the other side, you realize that the speed limit has suddenly been reduced to 35 miles per hour about midway down the hill, but you dont care. There is no way that you can safely reduce your speed to that level, short of slamming on the brakes of your car. So you don\\\\\\\'t brake at all and barrel through above the speed limit as you enter this new speed zone. Now, there are blue lights flashing in your rear view mirror. You are an ass. Had you been law abiding you would have avoided that ticket. You jerk. You stink.
