Police will usually sit by the sidestreet (by the firehouse) and gun people driving either direction. ALSO, if you are heading westbound the police will sit just behind the railroad bridge out of drivers site and will gun you coming under it. Usually 2-3 tickets are issed a day at this trap. Thats over 1000 a year!!

The cops love this area. When heading west on Ferry, after crossing over Rt. 59, you will probably see a cop around Celebration Dr. Then they like to hide on the shoulders of the road. Once you hit the railroad tracks, it seems to be safe from there. I've only seen marked cars.

Dupage County Sheriff are staking out in the parking lot of the Ice Arena across the street from the Jewel Parking lot on N Aurora Rd just past Eola Rd. Someone has complained of excessive speeding in that area. Be careful when using high speed passes before the lanes merger to 1 lane.

The cops love Farnsworth, especially near the bridge and the carwash, its like shooting fish in a barrel. Some will give you about 9 miles, some don't give any.

Between far east Aurora to the far aurora on Rt34. aurora police and kane county sheriff cars and SUV's used this road as a speed trap. one officers car sits at the back part by Rt34 road in the Waubonsie Valley High School you wont see him until he's right on your side. he is in the parking lot. the others drive up and down this road and bust the speeders. i seen to many people getting stop for speeding or some ticket just rubing the dubble yellow line or something like that.

Go easy in the construction zone on I-88 west of IL-59. ISP monitors both sides of the tollway by parking on the center shoulder and utilizing the emergency U-turn spots. Saw two marked units with customers on westbound side and a marked unit monitoring both east and westbound traffic with front and rear radar from the eastbound side. They are being very adamant about enforcing the construction zone speed limit.

Heading West on McCoy, just past the EJ&E overhead railroad tracks, a patrol car is parked on the trail facing the road. You don't see the patrol car since it is behind the incline of the RR tracks and is also hidden by tall grass on both sides.

Not sure if I chose the correct type of enforcement, but I've heard from numerous people there are cameras along the new sections of Indian Trail heading East towards Eola. I've seen people pulled over nearly every time I drive down that way. You're usually okay going about 40 though.
