This trap is run buy a state trooper, usally just over a hill, in a drive or pull off. As you come over the hill you are tagged. The road is a poasted 45 MPH yet just over the hill. Go figure!

Comment (3/2006): This is a current speed trap as of 3-20-06. I saw a state trooper sitting in the described location.
