Comment (6/2006): Town marshall's in Shelburn,IN on Highway 41 south of Terre Haute.Speed trapAnytime of day

Comment (5/2006): One definitely wants to watch their speed through the numerous little towns down this strech. The towns lower the speed limit to 50 mph. One particular annoying strech is around Sullivan where the 50mph zone is over like 4-5 miles.

Comment (7/2006): Agree the stretch between Evansville and Terra Haute isknow locally as a speed trap area - Sullivan County particularly bad. I've never made a trip trhu there without seeing at least 2 vehicles stopped for speeding - it's say 50MPH - and they mean 50MPH.

Comment (10/2006): I have to agree with the sullivan area, that has gotten me once in the middle of the night coming home from vacation - so watch it all the time.
