This is South of the main traffic light that exits into the Cedar lake area. A trooper is there during the afternoon. Careful going in either direction. You have to slow down coming from the North from 65mph to 45 to 35,to the traffic light, be aware.

Comment (6/2003): The speed limit south of Cedar Lake is 55MPH not 65MPH. A lot of people think the limit is 65 but Route 41 is all 55 MPH!

The speed limit goes from 55-45-35 on US41 as you approach the stoplight at 133 AVE and the back up again after the light. They sit in driveways and parking lots right at the 35 signs. They tend to focus their attention more on the north side of the light but can also sit on the south side from time to time. They're not too bad regularly but it picks up toward the end of the month. Keep an eye out for county officers as well as they also tend to frequent the area.
