The town police like to sit behind the sign next to the lawn and garden shop next to 4. East Bound traffic has no way of seeing them. They then pull out and pull the subject over. They use the "I paced you @xx speed" meaning they don't have a radar ticket to show you. Officers will sometimes "hide" in a church parking lot directly across from there so that west bound traffic can't see them. I was a victim of the latter method. Was told I was doing 30mph over the 40mph zone when in fact the officer hadnt even got up behind me until after I had reached the 55mph zone. My top speed in the 40 just before the 55mph sign? About 52. I was doing 60 when the officer was behind me in the 55 zone.
