There are 3 traps on the Tipton County and Hamilton Coounty line. The first in when your heading East into the town of Atlanta he likes to sit on the Tipton side at the start of the houses. The second, he sits on the Hamilton side in the new houseing edition driveway. The third he sits on either side of the road right when your going out of town, either behind the white garage on the corner or next to the stop sign on the opposite side.

Comment (11/2003): Those are old facts. He sits mostly at night at the corner of State Road 19 and County line Road. He can get you in any direction. A ticket will be given.
