The city streets are very rural in nature and quickly drop from 45 to 20 mph. Strict enforcement of the 20 mph limit. According to locals it is well known for officers to tag 5 over limit.

Comment (6/2005): Absolutely true! Sunday, June 12, 2005 about 7:30 my husband got a ticket in the 20mph zone on 155th near the school. The 20 mph posting was just a small sign and not noticeable at all
