Trap is from hwy36 south on hwy75 to brown county border. Will use any reason to pull you over (mine was burned out license plate light). Extensive patrol coverage (4 cars, in my case, including K9 unit). This is a popular hwy when traveling from Kansas to Omaha, Nebraska. Also, when I called to rectify my "driving without a license" ticket, they had an almost automatic response to erase the ticket ($250). Very over enforced hwy for being in the middle of nowhere!

Comment (2/2006): They pulled me over for 4 mph over late at night. asked me where I was going like I was some terrorist or drug dealer. called in backup and made me sit on the side of the road while they tore my car apart looking for nuclear warheads or drugs or some crap. actually dismantled the bike rack i had in the trunk. i'm sure the people of brown county sleep better knowing these fine law enforcement officers have their back. i just wanted to get through their lovely area and get home to omaha.

Comment (3/2006): That particular stretch of higway has an unusual fatality accident ratio. They are trying to help.
