US 81 Hwy south is under construction from Belleville to the Texaco filling station so therefore the speed limit is 55 but when you get to the Texaco the speed limit turns into 70 mph. This trap is great because you go about 2 miles and before you get to the main viaduct to enter Concordia the speed limit changes to 30mph. You have to really watch it. It is easy not to catch the speed sign.

Comment (1/2003): The construction has been completed and the speed limit entering Concordia from the north has been changed from 30mph to 45mph until you get to the middle of the viaduct, then it is 30mph. The officers in Concordia are pretty cool.
