Danville police have received a grant that gives them more freedom to enforce traffic. Be careful because since the grant has gone through I have seen numerous people pulled over all around town. This goes for everywhere including Main Street, Hustonville Rd., and especially KY 34.

Comment (12/2003): you also need to watch out for the US 127 Bypass especially between KY 34 and US150/KY52

Comment (2/2004): If people would wake up and understand the dangers of speeding and stop worrying about trying to get out of tickets this world would be alot safer and better off.Grants like this are based on fatality and collision information. So, get the facts straight before you spout off.

Comment (10/2004): The police also like to ticket people who turn on the red light from us 150 to us 127 north. They recently posted the signs and they are obscured somewhat by other signs at the intersection.
