Bromley is a small town, about 800 people. It is located directly across the Ohio River from Cincinnati. It is surrounded on the east by Ludlow, on the west by Villa Hills, and on the south by Cresant Springs and Fort Mitchell. Bromley doesn't have it's own police force so the city has hired Ludlow to be our police force. The problem is that all the other police forces surrounding Bromley take it upon their selves to police this town and any road going into it. They will follow a motorist all the way from their town into Bromley and then give them a speeding ticket. They stop cars for no reason at all and search them, especially if it is a young driver. There are 3 main roads in Bromley and they lay in wait on all of them. There's the Bromly Cresant Springs Rd. Route 8, and High Water Road. If you're ever on any of them, don't be surprised to being pulled over for something. They don't need a reason, they'll make one up.
Comment (5/2002): No joke. I live off of Highwater Road, in Villa Hills. I can't count how many times I've been pulled over because they just wanted too. Once, they pulled me over for not stopping for 3 secs at a stop sign. That's not the law!
