He sits there at the four-way stop in Barlow, not only checking your speed (it's 25 MPH there, BTW, so obey it!), but also checking to make sure you come to a STOP at the four-way stop where US 60 turns. You can see him if you're going westbound on 60, but you won't see him until you're at the intersection if you're going eastbound on 60 due to him being on around the corner of a building, so mind your P's and Q's when driving between Wickliffe and Paducah on 60.

Comment (2/2005): I have been stopped several times by a police officer who was sitting here. I have never been ticketed. Seems that they are looking for impaired drivers more than anything. I have learned to come to a complete stop on this corner.
