coming north into brownsville it changes from 55mph speed zone to a 35mph speedzone while going down a hill. I got a ticket from a state cop for 66mph in a 35mph zone. Beware, the state trooper doesn't have a siren on top of his car and he sits on the emergency lane, like his car is broke down until he gets a speeder. i have seen city cops here too during all times of the day

Coming into Brownsville on KY 259, the speed drops off from 55mph to 35mph while traveling down a hill! beware, a state trooper with no siren on top of his car sits on the emergency lane, like he's having car trouble or something, and then you look up and see you got yourself a ticket. i got one for 62 in a 35mph zone city cops sit here at nighttime too, so be careful all times of the day.
