Within city limit the speed limit drops drastically--and fast--from 55 to 30 mph within about 1000 ft. The entire town isn't more than a mile and the speed limit changes at least 6 times. I got a $100 ticket for doing 45 in a 35 zone. No such thing as a warning here! The police are always pulled to the curb, waiting for an out-of-towner, I suppose.
