Officer sits hidden on side streets which form a triangle with highway 59. When you pass the reduced speed ahead sign just before the s curve at the edge of town you'd best be slowing down even before the actual speed reduction

Comment (1/2003): Well, maybe he should have received a ticket -- failing to lower your high beams can be very irritating to oncoming traffic, not to mention the possibility of causing a collision!

Comment (10/2002): Make sure if ur bright lights are on at nitetime you dim them as soon as you see a car because it might be a cop. My buddy got a ticket for having his brites on when he passed the cop in abita.I SWEAR IM NOT LYING I WAS WITH HIM
